All sales are final as all our products are made to order and we take great care in making sure your products arrive in perfect condition. In the rare event, if any of your items are received damaged, please notify us within 7 days after delivery date at info@smittenblooms.com with photos of the damaged products. We will try our best to make it right! We are not responsible for any error made by the shipping carriers, including lost or stolen package once delivered by the delivery service. We are also not responsible for a delay due to force majeur.
